Web Portal Gateway To Info

Under Village Links there is a tab called Village Home that takes one directly to the Web pages for Government, Community and Police. It is a good starting place to find a high quality of communication and information between the elected and elector and the services of the Village. But most of all it is intended to foster community awarness and involvement.

Print Media Still Around

An information brochure prepared by residents is an useful reference as issues occur throughout the year. It contains the who, what and more importantly contact for those questions that occur throughout the year, whether a new resident or one that has seen several seasons in the Village.

The Fall Newsletter of 2011 is still available at the Village Hall. For non-residents, copies will be mailed by request upon contacting the Village Hall, (847) 551-3000 or posting an email request from this page to the Village Clerk. A digital copy is available in pdf format [1 Mb]. Your comments regarding the newsletter would be appreciated at clerk@barringtonhills-il.gov.

ComEd Information

1-800-334-7661 Dial (1-800 EDISON 1) for all calls except Police or Fire emergencies in which case dial 9-1-1.
