ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE

President Abboud called the Special Meeting to order at 6:30 pm.  Roll Call.

President, Robert G. Abboud explained that the annual Appropriation Ordinance is not a taxing document and establishes a ceiling on the budget.

PUBLIC HEARING

No comments were received or presented.  President Abboud requested a 10 minute delay for any late arrivals.  No one appeared.  Motion to adjourn the Public Hearing at 6:40.

APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE
  
Special Meeting of August 31, 2006 on the Annual Appropriation Ordinance was called to order at 6:42 p.m..  

President  Abboud  requested a change to  the fiscal year for the Village of Barrington Hills starting May 1, 2006 to October 31, 2007 – Motion to pass  Ordinance 06-15  was made by Trustee Smithe and seconded by Trustee Schueppert.  All present said aye.

Ayes:     7 (Schueppert, Knoop, McKevitt, Smithe, Horne, Gohl, Abboud)
Nays:	  0
Absent:  0
																					Motion Approved

Motion Made by Trustee Horne to Adjourn.  Trustee McKevitt seconded the motion.
