Minutes of the Special Meeting of September 4, 2003

President Kempe called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Roll Call.

This was a Special Meeting held to discuss an amendment to Ordinance 3-3-11 (B) 
regarding Peddlers and Itinerant Merchants. Attorney Lynch reviewed the proposed 
amendment and the changes proposed by his office from the copy as distributed for the 
meeting. Trustee Horne motioned to approve the ordinance as submitted with the 
corrections by the Village Attorney as discussed. Trustee Abboud seconded. All present 
said aye.

Trustee Smithe moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:25 PM.  Trustee McKevitt seconded.
