VILLAGE OF BARRINGTON HILLS

Minutes of the Special Meeting of August 13, 2003

President Kempe called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Roll Call.

Trustee	 Abboud presented the bids as examined on August 6, 2003 and explained the 
components of the road project for 2003.  The project includes Ridge Road from Oak Knoll to 
Merri-Oaks, a portion of Meadow Hill, Haeger's Bend from County Line to Chapel, and 
Church/Chapel from Haeger's Bend to River/Algonquin.  The project also includes work on 
River/Algonquin Road undertaken by AlgonquinTownship Highway Department.  Trustee 
Abboud motioned to accept the contract as submitted by Chicagoland Paving, Lake Zurich, 
Illinois.  Trustee McKevitt seconded. Roll Call.

Nays:     3  (Sapp, Horne, Kempe)
Absent:  0  
								Motion Approved

Trustee Sapp motioned to adjourn the Special Meeting at 8:20 p.m.  Trustee Abboud seconded.
