President Kempe called the meeting to order at 8:30 p.m. Roll Call

Trustee Horne motioned to adopt an ordinance providing for the issuance of $3,155,000 
General Obligations Bonds, Series 2003, of the Village of Barrington Hills, Cook, 
McHenry, Lake, and Kane Counties, Illinois and providing for the levy and collection of 
a direct annual tax for the payment of the principal of and interest on said bonds.  Trustee 
Smithe seconded.  Roll Call:

Ayes:		6 (McKevitt, Smithe, Gohl, Abboud, Horne, Kempe)
Nays:		0
Absent:	1 (Sapp)

Trustee Smithe motioned to adjourn the meeting at 9:17 p.m.  Trustee McKevitt 
seconded. All present said aye.
