President Kempe called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m.  Roll Call.

Trustee Sapp motioned to adjourn to Executive Session at 7:03 p.m.  Trustee Abboud 
seconded.  Roll Call.  All present said aye.

EXECUTIVE SESSION


PUBLIC SESSION

President Kempe called the Public Session to order at 10:10 p.m.

Trustee Abboud motioned to approve a Special Use Permit for Community Unit School 
District 220 contingent upon obtaining an Intergovernmental Agreement with the School 
Board.  Trustee McManus seconded.  All present said aye.

							Motion Approved

Trustee Abboud motioned to draft an Intergovernmental Agreement with Community 
Unit School District 220.  Trustee McManus seconded.  All present said aye.

							Motion Approved

Trustee Sapp motioned to return to Executive Session at 10:45 p.m.   Trustee Fossler 
seconded.  Roll Call.  All present said aye.
