Rules for Public Comment at Village of Barrington Hills Board of Trustees Meeting
regarding American Tower Corporation’s
application for a Special Use Permit for a
Telecommunications Tower at 254 Bateman Road

• A sign up sheet will be circulated prior to the meeting: Please sign in.
• Speakers are to address the Board from the podium at the front of the room.
• When addressing the Board of Trustees clearly state the following:
• Name
• Address
• Position on the application (for or against)
• Speakers will be afforded a maximum of three minutes to address the Board.
• Cross examination of speakers will not be allowed.
• Submitting Written Statements:
• The Village Clerk will be in attendance to accept written statements.
• Those wishing to submit written statements prior to the meeting should do so through the Office of the Village Clerk.
• Please note the record for this petition was closed as of the ZBA meeting of March 12, 2007.  Any submissions after that date cannot be considered in the Board’s decision.
• No audiovisual, automated displays, or facilities will be made available. 
• The meetings shall conclude at or before 10:30 PM per the rules imposed by the management of the facility. 
• The decision of the President of the Board of Trustees shall be final in all matters concerning conformance to these rules.
